Alianza Group
The Practice

A gentle, professional approach to a life-shaping decision.

Alianza Group is an Australian migration practice. Migration assistance is provided by a Registered Migration Agent, regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

We work with skilled professionals, employer-sponsored applicants, partners and families, students and graduates, and business and investment migrants. Every matter starts with careful listening; every recommendation is grounded in the law as it stands today, and in the realities of the person in front of us.

No production lines. No outcome promises. Just considered counsel — given clearly, and given on time.

Common Questions

Frequently asked.

What is a Registered Migration Agent?
A Registered Migration Agent (RMA) is a person authorised by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) to provide immigration assistance in Australia. RMAs hold a Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN), complete continuing professional development, and are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).
How long does an Australian visa application take?
Processing times vary considerably by visa subclass, by individual circumstances, and by current Department of Home Affairs workloads. The Department publishes current processing time guidance which is updated regularly. We can give you a realistic sense of the likely range for your situation during a consultation, but no agent can guarantee a specific timeframe.
Do I need to be in Australia to apply?
Some visas can be applied for from inside Australia (onshore), some only from outside Australia (offshore), and some allow both. Where you are when you apply can affect your eligibility for certain visas, the conditions that apply, and whether a bridging visa is available while you wait. Your situation determines the right approach.
How much does migration assistance cost?
Fees depend on the complexity of your matter and the visa subclass involved. After an initial consultation, we provide a written scope of work and a fee proposal before any engagement begins. Government application charges are separate from professional fees and are payable to the Department of Home Affairs.
Can you guarantee my visa will be granted?
No agent can guarantee a visa outcome — and under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, no agent may suggest otherwise. What we can do is assess your eligibility honestly, prepare your application carefully, and respond to requests for further information in a way that gives your matter the best reasonable chance.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Information you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information shared in the context of a client engagement is also subject to the confidentiality obligations under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

By sending a question you agree that we may contact you by email about your enquiry. This form does not create a client relationship, and our response will be general information rather than migration advice.
